５月3日＆４日にトランスフォーメーション・ツールズが主催したiExpansionの第2弾は「コミュニケーションワークショップ」＆「CEX準備コース前半」で、大変楽しく大盛況でした！

多くの皆さんがコミュニケーションとは何か知っていると思っていたようですが、根本的な仕組み（コミュニケーションサイクル）を知り、各ステップのエクササイズを実習して、始めてコミュニケーションの真の大切さ、各ステップの重要さ、また単に言葉だけではないことを知る機会になったようでした。

実習がたくさんあり、各エクササイズは居心地よく自然に行うという指示だったのですが、皆さんかなり集中してエクササイズしていたため、毎回終わった時の安堵感と活気さに、思わず微笑んでしまいました。

コミュニケーションワークショップをとおして、参加者の皆さんは自分のコミュニケーションに関する多くの気付きや学びがあったようで、心から嬉しく思います。

また今回、待望のガーデンシリーズの第2弾「Garden of Aeon」（ガーデン・オブ・イーオン）が5月2日のコミュニケーションWSでリリースされました！

あっという間の楽しい2日間でした。翌週の5月11日に開催したCEX準備コース（3日目）のレポートはまた後日紹介させていただきます。

The second iExpansion project “Communication Workshop/CEX Prep Course part 1” held on May 3 & 4 was a lot of fun and ended with a great success!

Many participants thought they knew what communication is. But after learning the basic structure of the communication cycle and did exercises for each step, they realized for the first time how truly important the communication is as well as its steps, and it is not just verbal. It seems like they all became aware of many things about their communication and learned something.

There were many exercises that should be done naturally and comfortably but the students were intently focusing, so when each exercise was done, they all expressing big relief and joy. Seeing the students really brighten up and energized brought smiles on our faces.
